Fibromyalgia: Fibromyalgia is often associated with myoclonus, a brief, involuntary twitching of muscles. That may explain your body jerking all over. Stumbling and swaying could be either due to fibromyalgia-related muscle weakness, possibly of your legs, or medication side effects. But you may have some other underlying neurological disorder such as multiple sclerosis... Please check with your doctor.

No: The symptoms your are describing do not sound like fibromyalgia. They sound like a drug reaction-if you are on any sedating medicine (like a muscle relaxer or seizure medicine) it can cause this. Talk to your doctor.
