It would be prudent to get tested for Covid-19. It is not feasible to provide an informed opinion without examining her. I agree with Dr. Singh. There is not a way for us to distinguish betwen the various causes of her symptoms. Recommend assessment (may need to be telemedicine) and COVID 19 testing may be recommended.
