I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia & the pain is debilitating when i try to walk far or stand for long.. this is really restricting my life.. will morphine help? what other options are available? thank you

Not a good approach: I strongly advise against morphine; it's unlikely to help much and you'll become dependent on it. A drug that blocks morphine,Low Dose Naltrexone is more likely to help and is far safer.But I advise you see a good integrative Dr. to further assess,as many with "fibromyalgia" have undiagnosed Lyme disease with co-infections,hypothyroidism, heavy metal toxicity etc. See https://tinyurl.com/yxaf224k
