Could you tell me if one were to eat human meat from person who had hiv, would the eater get hiv from it?

Maybe: Especially if eaten raw. Hiv-1 and hiv-2 both probably crossed from other primates to people from eating bush-meat (chimps and mangebey monkeys) in africa.
