Accurate information: You might not be aware, but physicians and dieticians are not recommending the hCG diet. I realize the diet is popular and sometimes it's done under supervision of physician, but overall the caloric intake is too low to be healthy. Beans, legumes, dairy, quinoa are some alternatives to animal based proteins. Please make sure that if you are doing this diet, it's under supervision of a physician
