Primary: First see your primary physician and have him or her evaluate your pain. It may be musculoskeletal, nerve, vascular or other related. Once they are able to determine an etiology of causation, they may be able to treat you efficiently. If not, they'll send you to a specialist. Hope that helps!

See an Orthopedist: Have it evaluated by your orthopedist. If thy feel that if the problem is biomechanical and coming from your foot they will refer you to one.
