Probably > Keloid: What you have in the "ear lobe" is probably a keloid. See a plastic surgeon to confirm the diagnosis and for the treatment of it.

Ear lobule mass: The two commonest bumps in the ear lobules are scar tissue or sebaceous cysts. Rarely it may be something else. See your plastic surgeon for an evaluation and treatment.
