Moles : Moles are genetically programmed and many develop more moles as they age. See a dermatologist for any changing or suspicious moles.

Depends: Depending on the size, type, and location of the mole, different treatments may be available. In some cases, it can be surgically removed. If it is too large for traditional excision, local flaps or tissue expansion may be needed. In some other cases, laser may be used to treat it. You should probably discuss this with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
A 33-year-old member asked:

Is it dangerous when the moles on your face start to spread?

Melanoma: If spreading you mean that you are getting more moles of brownish color then there may not be a reason worry. If a specific mole starts showing enlargement or little moles on its margin, then it may reason to visit a dermatologist to rule out melanoma.

What's a fast way to take care of moles on my face?

Mole removal: A small injection of numbing medicine such as Lidocaine is used prior to the procedure. An instrument is then used to remove the mole ( this is painless now that area is numb) sometimes stitches are placed other times the area is allowed to heal on its own. Talk to a dermatologist to determine which technique is best for certain moles in certain locations.
