Papilloma: It is probably a papilloma or a fibroma papillomas are viral and usually rough shaped fibromas usually come from trauma and are smooth.

White bump : There are several possible diagnoses for this, and even though clinical impression is very useful in differentiating a diagnosis, the only definitive way to detrmine exactly what something is would be to biopsy the lesion. Some other useful information would be how long it has been there, are there any habits that may irritate the area and cause a fibrous callous thype area...
