They : They may be taste buds. Can't tell over the internet. Have your dentist or physician take a look.

Is : Is this something that you think is new, or is it possible that these have been there all along? If these are lined up in a v-shaped formation across the back of the tongue that you can see, uniform in size and appearance, then these are your circumvallate papillae (part of your taste bud system), normal anatomy, and require no attention. I would google a picture of circumvallate papillae, see if it looks like what you got, and, if so, save yourself a doctor visit.If not, i would have someone look at it just to be safe.
