Can some one have heart attack for no reason ?

No: A heart attack is caused by lack of blood flow to the heart muscle. Most commonly due to build up of plaque which blocks the artery. Other causes include low flow, spasm of artery from meds/drugs or constriction from heart muscle. Sometime the cause remains unknown.
