Relax: There are things called vagal maneuvers that can very temporarily decrease filling to the heart and force of heart squeeze. They can be profound enough to cause you to pass out from low blood pressure. But i don't think that's what you're going for. In terms of non-drug interventions, relaxation is the fastest. This can be meditation or breathing exercises.
