Position,breath: Lay flat, think calming thoughts and do slow deep breathing exercises. Concentrate on taking 10 seconds to inhale, hold for a bit then exhale slowly for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 5-10 times then breath normally, repeat every 10-15 minutes if still hypertensive or feeling anxious.

Use the app Cronometer to track your Na & K intake to see if you have wiggle room to give DASH a try. If you mean in an emergency high blood pressure situation I have never had NiPride fail to get it down in a few minutes.
