A member asked:

How can i stop full onset diabetes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No such thing: There is no "fighting diabetes". There is only a long progression from normal to Insulin resistance to prediabetes to diabetes. It's all arbitrary without sudden changes. See your doctor for education, diet, exercise, weight loss, monitoring, prevention, BP and lipid control, medication if needed. Don't wait for a "diagnosis", you already have it.
