No: The test termed "complete blood count" is a measurement of the number of red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. It does not measure blood glucose, which is abnormal in diabetes. The group of tests that often diagnoses diabetes is called a "metabolic panel" and includes measurement of the glucose.
