Meditation: Meditation is the best, because you carry it with you all the time, and you need no equipment or supplements. You can simply observe your own breathing, not changing it in any way. Or you can do a walking or yoga meditation -- some like this better when really upset & having difficulty sitting still. Either brings you into the present moment rather than worry about future or regretting the past.
