Diet and exercise: Proper diet and exercise can help with both stress and depression.It doesn't have to be yoga.I relieve stress by going on walks and taking zumba classes at the gym.I took a kickboxing class once - it sure felt good to kick and punch my stress away.It also helps to reduce the refined sugars and caffeine in your diet. Accupuncture, counseling and support groups are other options.
