When can i start eating normal foods again after wisdom teeth extraction?

Whenever you can: Patients respond and recover differently following surgery. Some patients who have four wisdom teeth eat their regular diet immediately following surgery, while others may remain on soft food and liquids for several days. I advise my patients to begin on a soft diet and advance their diet to a regular diet as they can tolerate it.

7-10 days: In general, most normal foods are O.K. after 7-10 days. You will feel better, have more strength, and heal faster if you continue to eat balanced diet.
