Soft Food: After extraction of any tooth you need to have a healthy balanced diet of completely soft moist food, and if possible to eat on teeth far away from the wound site. Think banana, now blend it! a blender is a great kitchen tool for post extraction dietary augmentation. You must not eat anything that can get jammed down onto or into the wound, but you need good nutrition to heal well.

Depends on you: What you eat following the removal of wisdom teeth depends on your appetite and what your surgeon advises you. You may want to start with a soft diet and slowly advance it as tolerated. One important point is that before taking any pain medication after surgery, you should eat and/or drink something before taking the pain med.
