Acute hives: Please call 911 if you have any problems breathing, nausea, or vomiting since those indicate a more severe illness that require immediate medical attention. If you don't have any of those, why don't you try taking otc zyrtec (cetirizine) once to twice a day and make an appointment to see a doctor.
