Wait for reports: Lingual tonsil is located back part of tongue, it has not only squamus epithelium , lymphatic tissue . All inflammatory changes seen on lymph nodes will also be seen it then will be benign reaction, how ever squamus. Cell cancer , lymphoma can also develop in lingual tonsil . Wait for for final reports good luck.
