Adjuvant therapy: What do you mean by unclear result? What is your stage? Adjuvant chemotherapy is recommended for stage 3 and maye be used in high risk stage 2. After curative surgery , the cancer is supposed to be gone so you are not supposed to see any mass left there on pet/ct scan unless the cancer comes back. The goal for adjuvant chemo is to decrease recurrence risk and to increase survival. D/w your doctor.

Can"t tell: Not enough clinical information. When was colonic resection? Any other areas of cancer ? What other therapies have you had ? Etc.?
