Complications: .Complications of nissan nclude dysphagia, gastric hypersensitivity, abnormal gastric motility, gas bloat syndrome and gerd relapse. The fundoplicaton can fail, unwrap, loosen or herniate. Not unusual following nissan is dumping syndrome. Stomach contents empty fast, getting sudden large volume in small bowel, wrenching, pallor, tachycardia, sweating, diarrhea, cramps etc. See gastroenterologist.
