Go to the doctor: You could be worse by next week and might infect many others in the mean time. See the doctor get some eye drops. Wash your hands every hour and anytime you touch your face or eyes.

Maybe: If caused by a virus, it should improve spontaneously in a few days. Bacterial conjunctivitis requiresw antibiotics. Both types are highly contagious.See your doctor early.
