Wait few days: Wait few more days , most likely due to edema around nerves may be the cause , will subside by the time you see your doctor for follow up, if does not , speak to your doctor.

Possibly: Intermittent pain after surgery is not uncommon for the first few weeks... The numbess is not normal if you didn't have the numbness prior to you surgery... If the numbness was present before surgery then your current symptoms may be the nerve recovering and will probably resolve..
