: Successful treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome may be challenging and both injections and decompressive surgeries may have limited success. Would use a nocturnal wrist splint, OTC NSAID, vitamin B-6 supplement, and perhaps hand therapy. Do contact your doctor and discuss your status.
