Yes: There are a series of movements called the epley maneuver that can be done to help. If this doesn't work, see your doctor. There are other in-office treatments. You also might need verification that bpv is really what you have.

Yes but...: It can possibly cured, but I would designate almost like TMJ/TMD- there is not necessarily ever a cure, just that it can be maintained. Individual reactions to the therapy may vary
