?Rebif side effect: Pts with MS have experienced headaches at 2-4X incidence of normal migraine sufferers. I have seen headaches exacerbated by all interferons, and often see relief when an oral med is started. However, headaches can be managed easily with OTC preps such as butterbur, feverfew, Co-Q10, riboflavin. Your neurologist can easily assist you.
