Mood swings : Most definitely. The drastic increase in Progesterone and pregnancy hormone have an effect on mood. Women that are prone to depression or anxiety are even more sensitive to these changes. Tends to be the worst in the beginning of the pregnancy and can get a lot worse in the 1st three months after delivery.
