My 5 year old girl is complaining about her neck hurting she is crying non-stop what can i do for her?

If she were my child: I would speak with her pediatrician or go to an urgent care center. I am not a physician, but 5 year olds do not cry and complain non-stop unless something is very wrong. I hope my answer will get some of the physicians to add their thoughts. It's friday night ; not too many people are online.
