Probably ok: Thermobol is vitamins and Amino Acids with antioxidant effect. Some other ingredients are there that are not well proven to benefit but probably don't hurt (eg orange peel). Cla is isomers of linoleic acid. Which multiple studies show has anti cancer properties and weight loss properties. Few studies show an increase in Insulin resistance in those that are obese. If working use. Inform your doc.

Don't work: So called "fat burners" only burn the fat in your wallet. There are no otc supplements that lead to fat burning. Only weight reduction diet and exercise will burn fat. If you want to continue to put chemicals in your body that you don't know what they are or what they do to you or what harm they could cause, it's your decision. Don't get your medical info from tv, friends, or the internet.
