No fat burners.: The smartest and best way to lose weight is to count your calories. At 160 cm, try 100 cals a day to lose 2 pounds a week (more with exercise). Only two servings of low cal protein at your height, yogurt, skim milk, soy cheese) and a meal with grains and veggies for dinner. Fat burners without cutting calories will not help. If you walk or run a mile it burns about 100 cal.

Exercise!: No "fat-burner" supplements really work. Your best bet is to eat 5-6 small meals a day with protein and fiber in each meal and to exercise at least 5-6 days per day. I recommend combining cardio with strength in your workouts to make it more time-effective. I like Fitness Blender videos on You Tube.
