Certainly most like-: Ly that 's the commonest cause of painful/sore knees with clicking, clicking by itself may be normal, but with soreness/pain it becomes significant for a cartilage lesion. Get it checked by your orthopod, as if it does not improve with nsaid, pt then further testing, & possible surgery might be needed.
