Yes: A prolapsed uterus pulls the bladder down through the vagina with it and can cause repeated infections. The ligaments that hold up the uterus have "fallen down on the job" and you can "sue them for non-support." this is common in multiple vaginal childbirths, chronic coughers(smokers) and those who lift heavy objects. Possibly: If the prolapse is severe enough it can affect kidney function by kinking the ureters which transfer urine from the kidneys to the bladder.
