Fingernail?: I think you mean the skin on the fingertip area? Nail material doesn't blister. Acutely ice will be the best treatment. After that anti inflammatory medications will be helpful. In the us i would recommend Motrin or alleve which are brand names of Ibuprofen and naproxen. In general wounds will heal a little quicker if you leave the blister intact. See your doctor if this doesn't improve quickly.
