Put Ice/get checked: Put hand in cold water or use ice pack and leave the blisters alone.We don't know what part of your hand and the extent of the burns.I suggest you have it checked in ER or by your doctor asap.You may need an ointment like silvadene,pain meds if too much pain depending on the degree and extent of the burn
