No: 9 days after may not be sufficient time. An average, anyone need about 2 weeks after event for so named "seroconversion" to happen. It is time body's immune system need to develop response. It is average time when likelihood of false negative results is minimal. Also please understand that your rest result is not something absolute. It has to be interpreted by your doctor in context of event.
