We were designed: To live under the sun. Uvl light is a stressor so mother nature gave us tanning that protects us from the dangers of uvl. Because we live indoors we do not get this exposure so the tan fades seasonally. Gentle repeated short exposures can be lengthened as the tanning develops. Avoid sunburn!

Avoid sun: Sun contains various energies of ultraviolet rays that can cause dna damage in the skin. Uvb rays cause sunburns but uva also damages skin. The most effective sunscreens that do not irritate skin contain minerals such as titanium dioxide or zinc oxide. Neutrogena pure & free spf50 contains minerals. Anthelios contains mexoryl which blocks uva & uvb. Live life but minimizing sun & protect yourself.
