Athelete's Foot: Probably athelete's foot, which is a fungus infection of the skin. Try an over the counter antifugal spray or cream first and apply to the affected area 2-3 times a day. If not better in 5-7 days see a podiatrist or dermatologist.

Toes and feet get red and warm to touch. Redness goes away when elevated. Had venous Doppler and cbc, came back normal. I'm 18 any ideas?
