Vascular issue: This is not completely clear. This sounds vascular, and I suspect more likely arterial or venous. Your description does not help clarify the distinction. Things to consider is the fact that you're on estrogen, which can have vascular affects and can't even come what times, but I'm not ready to make that diagnosis. You can ask your position whether this can be related to your Crohn's or the therapy
