Radial neuropathy: Radial neuropathy sensory only can occur in multiple places along the radial nerve due to compression. Did the electro diagnostician localize a compressive focus? If not many other things can cause radial neuritis or C7 radiculopathy which can be treated nonsurgically. If there is a focus of compression and you have exhausted conservative care a good hand surgeon should be able to help.

Yes you can. : It could be impingement of your radial, median or ulnar nerve or problem with the tendon that cause your symptoms. Take care!
