Will excision of the radial head surgery improve rotation of my hand? is there any chance of loosing strength of my arm after this surgery ?

Yes: After excision of radial head, your rotation of the forearm should improve. Unless there are complications, you generally should not loose strength in the arm after you have made complete recovery from the surgery . In the long run you should do well.
