Probably none: You should see a doctor to assess why you never feel refreshed on waking- you might have sleep apnea, hypothyroidism etc, but the things that cause this generally do not "cut years off" your life. While many doctors advise eating a healthy breakfast, you should not eat if you aren't hungry and there is no evidence that skipping breakfast shortens your life!
