Right sided abd pain: The bump you feel may be your gallbladder, as it is located in the right upper abdomen. Try a low fat diet to see if your pain/lump improves. Watch your symptoms in relation to eating. If your symptoms and bump persist, okay to get checked by your doc. Ask for an ultrasound which is an low risk, effective first test for gallbladder disease. Get checked sooner if you develop fever or vomiting.
