I am having pain in my stomach on the upper right side, with pain sometimes going to my back. pain gets worse when you push on it. bump or lump too?

Gallbladder?: Clinically suggesting gallbladder. It deserves a full visit with your doc.

Could be: Several things, but one that produces the symptoms you describe is gallbladder disease - often worse after a fatty/oily meal and pain may radiate towards the back - rt shoulder blade area. Would need further history and physical tho' . I would see your doctor about this, stick to a bland diet for now!
