Needs evaluation: If the pain is extremely severe or excruciating, seek immediate medical attention ASAP (e.g., ED or urgent care). If the pain is mild-moderate or intermittent, schedule an appointment with your PCP sooner rather than later.

Could be: Several things, but one that produces the symptoms you describe is gallbladder disease - often worse after a fatty/oily meal and pain may radiate towards the back - rt shoulder blade area. Would need further history and physical tho' . I would see your doctor about this, stick to a bland diet for now!
