See below: Ginko is thought to improve mentation by thinning the blood, thus allowing more oxygen to reach the brain. Generally, however, a sensible diet from all food groups that contain essential nutrients should be sufficient. Fish (salmon, tuna) & fish oil's omega-3's help brain function.

Not at all: This pills are indeed help to some degree. However they are not "magic bullets". To have good concentration first and foremost you must have enough sleep for your brain to have enough time to rest. If your routine is more like bizarre with frequent late night stay, than do not expect good concentration, even with supplements. Do not take too much of those the more is not always the better.
