A member asked:

I'm on blood pressure medication for hypertension & i want to start taking focus factor to get me through my training courses? cause for some reason i can't keep my concentration & stay focus?

Suggestions: Your medication could have anti-cholinergic adverse effects, or you might be experiencing underlying medical problems causing issues with focus and concentration. An OTC preparation which is highly promoted is not going to restore normal function. Instead discuss these points with your doctor and address as appropriate. You could also avail yourself with a virtual consult here at HT.
