Pills not the answer: I am sorry to remind you but pills or potions or supplements are not going to solve this problem for you. Good nutrition, good rest, and resolving the underlying worries and anxiety you are experiencing are the answer.

Most are safe.: I strongly discourage the use of herbal remedies like Gingko while pg but Omega 3's are fine in recommended doses.. You're probably getting enough B vitamins in your prenatal vitamins; additional B vitamins are a waste of money. Soy products are fine as long as you go easy on the soy sauce which is loaded with salt. I don't think any supplements will help with your lack of focus however.
