There are times: When a tendon injury can occur there are other times when a small bony convulsion can occur due to excessive force unattended and there are other times when the joint just maybe your team or slightly arthritic in here change however this is not arthritis is not something one would suspect someone who is young . Injured joints sometimes takes longer to get better than we expected but with you weeks of pain i would get evaluated to make sure there's no underlying issue let alone an injury i needs additional attention such a splinting or something more.
