More info is needed: Low lymphocyte counts may be associated with low immunoglobulin levels. If your child has been ill or is ill now, i strongly recommend that she be seen by a pediatric hematologist. I would hold off on any additional vaccinations until the issue is clarified. What meds is your child on? Good luck! check with your pediatrician for guidance.

lymphocyte counts..: Such as these are perfectly normal for a child this age. Children are routinely exposed to viral pathogens, which can cause fluctuations in their circulating counts. Counts may rise while clearing an infection and may even fall due to transient marrow suppression without having symptoms. I would ask what is prompting you checking? Treat patients, not numbers. If she's well, i'd be reassured.
